CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We value your business and understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate both our clients and our stylists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you are a no-show and do not inform us about your cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the service fee scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
