Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We value your business and understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate both our clients and our stylists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you are a no-show and do not inform us about your cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the service fee scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible
